Under 16 years of age? A parent/guardian is required to attend with you and must fill out our minor attendance form and have it when registering/picking up badges at the event.

  • For ages 0-12 The parent/guardian must pay for their registration and the minor's registration is free.
  • For ages 13-15 The parent/guardian and the minor must pay for their registration.

If an adult other than your parent/legal guardian is supervising you, please fill out the Minor Attendance and Convention Guardian Form instead. Please note BOTH your parent/legal guardian AND the designated convention guardian must be present at registration to submit this form and pick up your badges at the event.

Please note: Your login to other conventions that run Convention Master will NOT work as they all have their own separate credentials. Refund Policy
By registering for this event, the attendee agrees to the following refund policies for the event.
  • You are entitled to cancel your registration and/or pre-purchased goods within 30 calendar days of your payment being processed and receive a full refund.
  • All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method that was used when registering for the event.
  • If you wish to cancel your registration and/or pre-purchased goods after 30 days, we regret that we will be unable to offer a refund, except in very exceptional circumstances at the full discretion of the Howloween Registration Team, and/or the Howl Events BC Association board of directors.
  • Neither Howl Events BC Association or the hosting hotel will be responsible for circumstances beyond reasonable control (including but not limited to: acts of God, government authority, acts of war, or acts of terrorism) that make it illegal or impossible to host the event. If the convention is canceled due to one of these circumstances, Howl Events BC will contact you regarding a refund in a timely manner.
  • In the event you cannot attend, and the refund window has passed, you may transfer your registration to another person on a like for like basis at any time before preregistration closes. To do this, both parties must contact the registration team at [email protected] to initiate the transfer. Registration staff may ask for proof of identity to validate the transfer.
  • Any registration that has been transferred to another attendee is not eligible to be transferred again. Or eligible to be refunded.
  • All donations to Howl Events BC Association and/or the charity provided through the registration portal are considered nonrefundable and are final sale.
