Maid Cafe Tickets Must Be Claimed

If your badge includes a Maid Cafe ticket, you must pick it up from the con store before the fursuit parade. Unclaimed tickets will be released for sale after that point.

General Information

Badge Pickup and Payment

  • Online pre-registration accepts PayPal and credit card only.
  • At-con registration accepts cash and credit card. Cash payment is strongly preferred. USD cash is accepted at par.
  • Government photo ID is required to pick up your badge at the event.
  • Convention Master logins from other conventions will not work here. Too many failed login attempts may temporarily block your IP.

Under 16 years of age? A parent or guardian must attend with you and bring the minor attendance form when registering and picking up badges.

  • For ages 0-12, the parent or guardian must pay for their own registration and the minor registration is free.
  • For ages 13-15, both the parent or guardian and the minor must pay for registration.
  • If an adult other than a parent or legal guardian is supervising, both the parent or legal guardian and the designated convention guardian must be present at registration.

If a non-parent guardian is supervising, use the Minor Attendance and Convention Guardian Form.

Refund Policy

Refunds and Transfers

  • You may cancel your registration and pre-purchased goods within 30 calendar days of payment for a full refund.
  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • After 30 days, refunds are generally unavailable except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the registration team and board.
  • If circumstances beyond reasonable control make the event illegal or impossible to hold, attendees will be contacted regarding refunds.
  • After the refund window closes, registration may be transferred to another person on a like-for-like basis before pre-registration ends by contacting [email protected].
  • Transferred registrations cannot be transferred again and are not eligible for refund.
  • Donations made through the registration portal are final sale and nonrefundable.
Accessibility

Access 2 Card

Howloween accepts the Access 2 card by Easter Seals Canada toward the Attending membership tier. Early badge pickup is also available for attendees using an Access 2 card.

Present the card at registration and staff can process the badge pickup. Questions about accessibility or this process can be sent to [email protected].

At-Con Note

Pre-registration historically closed around two weeks before the event and rates increased at con. Registration is live now. Final pricing and operational updates should be treated according to the live portal and staff communications.
